About the Role

The Product Specialist role at AlphaSense lives at the intersection of sales, customer success, and technical support. Product Specialists are tasked with building relationships with prospective clients by providing support and deep technical knowledge to demonstrate the value of AlphaSense while helping to drive adoption. Due to the extensive exposure that Product Specialists have with clients, they’re also in a prime location to partner with our sales and product teams in determining future product developments that will resonate with the market.

What You’ll Do

  • Client Engagement:
    • Partner with some of the world’s largest and most influential corporations.
    • Shape strategic initiatives and drive impactful platform adoption.
    • Lead high-stakes client interactions, including on-site visits and training sessions.
    • Become a trusted advisor, understanding client workflows and proactively addressing their needs.
  • Customer Health:
    • Partner closely with account management.
    • Engage with users, provide tailored training, and optimize workflows.
    • Deliver ongoing product consultations to enhance client success and retention.
  • Growth Initiatives:
    • Support sales efforts by leading product demos and assisting in pitches.
    • Run trial training calls to showcase the platform’s value.
  • Market Insights & Advisory:
    • Identify key market trends and insights across industries.
    • Curate timely and relevant content to enhance client engagement.
