Requirements

Candidates must have hands-on experience building and managing campaigns in Marketo, including its key modules such as email programs, smart campaigns, landing pages, forms, nurture campaigns, and events. They should understand how to set up and troubleshoot programs, tokens, smart lists, segmentations, and lead lifecycle workflows in Marketo. Experience auditing data flows between Marketo and CRM platforms like Salesforce, supporting and analyzing campaign performance by configuring UTMs, integrating tracking pixels, and contributing to reporting frameworks is necessary. Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and clear communication skills are essential. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish or French being a bonus. Experience in B2B or agency environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Operations Specialist will support the setup and execution of digital marketing campaigns, maintain clean marketing data, and assist with reporting and platform configuration. This includes building and launching Marketo campaigns, managing program templates, creating and managing lists, segments, workflows, and lead lifecycle stages. They will assist in the execution of multichannel campaigns, monitor campaign performance, build dashboards and reports, and troubleshoot issues within the core platform. Responsibilities also include maintaining and cleaning marketing databases, collaborating with team members and clients, conducting research into new martech tools and best practices, and supporting other digital marketing tasks as needed.
