B2B Marketing Lead - Ads & Partnerships Enablement

This role seeks a B2B Marketing Lead focused on Ads and Partnerships Enablement to connect sales, partnerships, and marketing teams. Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, this individual will develop and maintain materials supporting advertisers and partners. It’s a highly collaborative role ideal for someone who enjoys cross-functional teamwork and bringing ideas to life.

Responsibilities

Advertiser Enablement

  • Maintain and update MyFitnessPal advertising specs documentation.
  • Partner with the sales team to create custom marketing playbooks and creative guidance.
  • Identify new marketing placement options.

Post-Sales Creative Management

  • Serve as the main marketing point of contact for advertisers post-contract.
  • Guide advertisers through asset submission, ensuring creatives meet platform specs and brand guidelines.
  • Provide creative feedback and collaborate with internal teams (ad operations, design).

Partnerships Enablement

  • Develop scalable toolkits, onboarding materials, landing pages, and educational collateral for strategic partners.
  • Create co-branded or white-labeled marketing assets.
  • Ensure all materials align with brand standards and drive business objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Create and maintain marketing sections of sales toolkits, one-pagers, and pitch decks.
  • Plan marketing events for lead generation.
  • Work with the content team to surface opportunities for Ads and Partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Legal teams for consistency and compliance.
  • Collect feedback from Sales and Partnerships teams to optimize resources.

Requirements

  • Experience: 6-8 years of experience in Brand Marketing, B2B marketing, sales enablement, or partnerships marketing.
  • Skills:
    • Experience creating marketing toolkits, advertiser creative, or sales collateral.
    • Strong project management and attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholder needs.
