Candidates should have 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing marketing automation platforms, with Marketo experience being preferred. Proven experience in building and optimizing integrated campaigns across Email, In-App, Chat, and Push channels is required, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, communication, and organizational skills. Experience collaborating cross-functionally and a solid understanding of data privacy and compliance standards like CASL, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR are also necessary. Marketo certification, experience in a product-led growth organization, proficiency with Salesforce and data management platforms, and working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL are considered advantageous.
The Marketing Automation Manager will drive impactful, technology-focused marketing campaigns across the entire customer lifecycle, implementing, developing, and optimizing marketing technologies. They will build integrated, data-driven marketing automation workflows across channels, ensure campaign data quality through cleansing and QA, and develop and analyze campaign performance reports to identify optimization opportunities. The role involves partnering closely with RevOps and Data teams for seamless tech ecosystem integration and maintaining up-to-date documentation for processes and configurations.
