Candidates should be currently pursuing a BA/BS degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related field, or possess equivalent hands-on experience. Experience with Google Ads (Shopping, UAC, YouTube), Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok is preferred, and ads platform certifications are a plus. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data organization and analysis is required, along with strong attention to detail and comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
The Performance Marketing Intern will support the execution and optimization of Google Ads, Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok campaigns across GOAT and Flight Club. They will analyze campaign performance, surface insights on key metrics, monitor active campaigns, assist with real-time optimizations, collaborate with the creative team on asset development, prepare weekly reporting dashboards, stay informed on platform updates, and coordinate with internal teams to align ad launches with product drops and promotions.
