About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in marketing while gaining hands-on experience across a variety of foundational marketing operations. The Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day marketing activities, helping drive engagement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Operations Support: Manage foundational processes to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Swag Fulfillment: Coordinate and execute swag orders and distribution for internal and external initiatives.
  • Email Execution: Assist with building, scheduling, and deploying email campaigns in alignment with brand standards.
  • Reporting: Compile and maintain basic marketing performance reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Event Logistics: Provide operational support for marketing events, including vendor coordination, shipping, and on-site logistics.
  • List Coordination: Maintain and organize marketing contact lists to ensure accuracy and alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other departments to support marketing requests and ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 0–2 years of experience in a marketing, operations, or administrative role (internships and project experience welcome).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; experience with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
