Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior CRM Marketing Manager will manage CRM campaigns from end to end, including strategy, requirement gathering, briefing, optimizations, monitoring, reporting, and analysis. They will optimize transactional and lifecycle workflows, partner with the product team to create and manage CRM initiatives via email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver personalized customer journeys.
