The Marketing Manager will lead new member acquisition campaigns, optimize existing ones through A/B testing, and support nurture campaigns and Braze platform management. They will develop and maintain performance dashboards, track marketing engagement metrics, and partner with Product and Data teams on attribution strategy. Responsibilities also include generating copy for patient-facing and B2B communications, leading post-production for the "Talking Dementia" podcast, and partnering with Communications and PR on conference strategy. The role involves leading content strategy and calendar across social media channels, managing influencer/KOL activities, developing collateral for partners, and launching a local ambassador program. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will serve as the program manager for the marketing function, ensuring projects meet KPIs and engaging stakeholders, and support cross-functional teams with community-based organization outreach.
