As a Senior Healthcare Recruiter, the individual will own the end-to-end RN recruiting process, including reviewing, screening, and closing top-tier nurse candidates, while also setting recruiting strategy, building processes, and delivering results at a startup pace. They will act as a full-cycle operator, protecting and scaling the Solace culture through thoughtful hiring decisions and upholding clarity, urgency, and excellence throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
