Requirements

Candidates should possess previous successful work experience with health plans or PBMs, demonstrating strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. They should also have excellent project management abilities, evidenced by a track record of successfully balancing multiple projects and deals simultaneously, along with business development acumen and a keen interest in cultivating deep product expertise. Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously are essential, as are strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders, and data analysis and reporting skills, with experience interpreting reports and conveying insights.

Responsibilities

The Health Plan Partnerships Director will formulate and implement partner strategy, assume accountability for annual Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), manage contractual agreements, performance guarantees, and revenue-sharing negotiations, facilitate the acquisition of millions of net new lives through strategic health plan partnerships, and drive sales enablement and pipeline generation initiatives. They will cultivate and enhance Health Plan, PBM, and services organization relationships, own and lead operational processes, engage in cross-functional collaboration, identify and pursue new opportunities, manage multiple projects from start to finish, serve as a subject matter expert on the product, and contribute to team management, decision-making, and training/professional development.
