Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Candidates must reside in the Central Florida region and be willing to travel within the community for this field-based role. A Master's degree and knowledge of Medicare Advantage market, products, regulations, and compliance standards are preferred.
The Field Marketing Executive will act as a liaison between markets, sales, and community partners to ensure coordinated execution. Responsibilities include developing and implementing local outreach strategies, events, and partnerships to generate quality leads, and identifying and cultivating high-potential lead sources, including T65 opportunities. Building and maintaining strong relationships with community organizations, local businesses, and stakeholders is key. The Field Marketing Executive will plan and execute community events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads, and prepare and present regular reports on outreach activities, performance, and outcomes.
