Requirements

They should have expertise in multi-channel marketing, including digital advertising, webinars, events, and social media, along with a strong understanding of content marketing and its role in demand generation and lead nurturing. Familiarity with automation platforms such as Clay and HubSpot is also required, alongside experience managing budgets efficiently for ROMI (return on marketing investment).

Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM/ABX) strategies tailored to target accounts in aerospace, defense, aviation, and advanced manufacturing, identifying and nurturing high-value leads to create sales-ready opportunities. They will implement and optimize pipeline acceleration programs, build and execute account-specific marketing strategies, and leverage segmentation and personalization to craft messaging and campaigns. The role also involves developing impactful content, designing and executing multi-channel campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize website and landing pages, and measuring and reporting on campaign performance to drive continuous improvement and maximize ROI.
