Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM technology management, with a minimum of 4 years in people management. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field is required, along with experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing B2B go-to-market technology stacks and a strong understanding of AI applications in GTM workflows. Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), sales engagement & enrichment (Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), marketing automation (Pardot, Marketo), and conversation intelligence (Gong, Salesloft) tools is necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience supporting Marketing Operations, familiarity with data governance, hands-on experience with AI-native tools, proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The Manager of Revenue Operations will own and execute the roadmap for the GTM tech stack, focusing on integrating AI solutions to create a competitive edge. This role involves leading and developing a team of GTM technology specialists, partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements, and researching/evaluating AI and GTM vendors. Responsibilities also include identifying automation opportunities in sales, marketing, and CS workflows, ensuring seamless integration and data flow across platforms, optimizing existing tech stack performance, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams. Additionally, the manager will develop training and enablement programs for GTM teams to maximize the utilization of the tech stack and AI capabilities.
