The ideal candidate has over 10 years of recruiting experience, with at least 5 years specifically in healthcare technology Go-To-Market (GTM) recruiting, and a proven track record of filling senior sales roles and scaling customer success teams. Prior in-house recruiting experience at high-growth health tech companies is required, along with a deep understanding of health tech GTM functions and the ability to manage both strategic, high-touch searches and high-volume pipelines. Candidates should also demonstrate a track record of scaling teams from early-stage to growth-stage environments and be willing to travel to HQ once per month if remote.
The GTM Recruiter will lead the full recruitment lifecycle for GTM roles, from intake to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. This includes partnering with leadership to define hiring needs and strategies, proactively sourcing and assessing high-caliber talent in health tech sales and customer success, and managing both strategic and high-volume recruiting efforts. The role also involves leveraging data to track recruitment metrics, building a talent network within the healthcare technology sales ecosystem, and coordinating with People Operations for smooth onboarding and process compliance.
