Candidates should have 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM operations role within high-growth SaaS companies. Proven experience owning CRM architecture and administration, with a Salesforce Admin certification being a plus. Strong track record in sales forecasting, pipeline analytics, and territory modeling is essential. Hands-on experience with Gong, Outreach, and reporting platforms like Hex, Google Sheets, and Excel is required, with SQL skills being a plus. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to translate data into clear, actionable business recommendations, possess exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills, and have strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority. A strategic thinker who is also comfortable executing tactically in a fast-paced environment, with a collaborative, adaptable, and resourceful mindset, is sought.
The Revenue Operations Manager will own Vantage’s sales forecasting and pipeline analytics, delivering actionable insights to GTM leadership. This role involves partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to design, implement, and optimize GTM processes for efficiency and scalability. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing the CRM (Salesforce) architecture, leading reporting and dashboard creation to monitor key metrics, and overseeing the sales technology stack administration. The manager will also develop and maintain territory models, partner with Finance on monthly commissions processes, and support leadership with data and insights for strategic planning. Driving change management initiatives for new systems, processes, and tools adoption across GTM teams is also a key responsibility.
