Advanced facilitation, influencing, relationship management, and written/verbal communication skills are essential, as is experience in large organizations. Detail-oriented, conscientious, proactive, and curious individuals are sought. Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of experience in AI, Generative AI, data science, ML engineering, software engineering, or a related field, and 2+ years of experience in healthcare.
The Technology Strategy Lead will support key AI initiatives and programs by conducting market scans on emerging AI/GAI technologies and capabilities. They will collaborate with AI R&D and Platform teams to identify potential areas for exploration and implementation within Humana. Responsibilities include defining processes for competitive analysis, assessing emerging technologies and vendors, prioritizing implementation areas based on Humana's opportunities and challenges, and collaborating with Enterprise Architecture and other stakeholders to align on standards. The role also involves supporting leadership presentations.
