A deep understanding of the Salesforce platform architecture, security, and data modeling is essential, along with experience in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds within high-tech or SaaS environments. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, organizational skills, self-motivation, accountability, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also required.
The Manager, Salesforce Development will design, develop, and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows. Responsibilities include translating complex business requirements into technical solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance CRM functionality and automation, building integrations between Salesforce and other systems, optimizing application performance, providing technical guidance and mentorship, defining development best practices, and proactively monitoring and resolving system issues. The role also involves maintaining clear documentation of system architecture and code.
