Responsibilities
The GTM Technology Operations Director will act as a strategic partner to IT delivery leads, aligning GTM technology priorities and ensuring cross-functional execution. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving GTM process inefficiencies with data-driven solutions, launching and scaling initiatives to accelerate revenue growth, and reviewing lead-to-cash systems for seamless operations. The role also involves owning budgets, OKRs, and utilization metrics, establishing operating rhythms for accountability and transparency, providing executive-level counsel, and architecting scalable operational frameworks for continuous improvement.
