Responsibilities

The Leadership Development Program Manager will consult with the Talent team, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to identify opportunities to advance corporate strategic goals through leadership development and talent management activities. This role is accountable for planning, designing, implementing, and evaluating Leadership Development and Talent management programs, processes, and tools using key metrics, including performance management, talent assessment, succession planning, leadership development initiatives, learning, and other lifecycle programs. Responsibilities include developing and implementing leadership development strategies, designing scalable development programs, and translating capability frameworks into actionable initiatives. The role also involves partnering with senior leadership to assess needs, serving as a trusted advisor, overseeing program implementation and facilitation, managing program logistics, budget, and vendors, and using qualitative and quantitative measures to evaluate program effectiveness. Additionally, the manager will conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify current and future leadership capabilities.
