Requirements
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm and 8+ years of relevant experience with career progression. Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or Scala, familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), statistical analysis, SQL, database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL), and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) are required. Proven experience in complex programmatic change leadership and strong executive communication skills are also necessary.
Responsibilities
The Strategy Manager will accelerate value creation from existing initiatives by identifying gaps, diagnosing roadblocks, and designing plans to address them. They will partner with initiative owners to establish cross-initiative, organization-level enablers and identify opportunities to surpass annual targets. Responsibilities include validating and quantifying new initiatives, assessing risks of the value creation plan, and continuously improving the transformation program. The role involves creating models to capture value propositions, developing dashboards and reports to measure KPIs, and presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
