The Program Manager, Talent Delivery will serve as a trusted talent advisor to key buyers, designing tailored recruiting strategies that address unique goals and marketplace needs. They will lead and execute scalable talent delivery programs, using data insights to identify gaps, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement. This role involves partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Marketplace teams to align strategies, increase adoption, and ensure customer success. The Program Manager will also contribute to the evolution of recruiting programs and tools by testing new approaches, refining processes, and sharing best practices through training and enablement. Additionally, they will support client success by resolving escalations, maintaining clear documentation, and influencing product enhancements based on buyer and provider feedback.
