Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or similar discipline being highly desirable. A Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is strongly preferred. The role requires expert knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid), proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proven experience in creating visual representations of data, concepts, or ideas is necessary. Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a technology or operations environment, and experience managing enterprise-level projects with multiple stakeholders and large budgets. Familiarity with relevant industry regulatory requirements and compliance standards is also required. The position may require travel (up to 10-25%) and flexibility to work extended hours or weekends.
The Organizational Support Manager will serve as a strategic business partner to the leadership team, facilitating communication and managing strategic initiatives to ensure the execution of the leadership team's vision.
