A Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Veterinary Technology, or a related field is required, along with 5+ years of experience in veterinary operations, project management, or practice management. Experience in developing adult learning content, delivering training, and veterinary consolidations or multi-site operations is preferred. Candidates must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools, and the ability to travel 50%-75% of the time. Experience with veterinary practice management systems and a CVT or relevant veterinary background are considered a plus.
The Veterinary Integrations and Training Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for new veterinary practices during onboarding, coordinating all integration aspects from pre-close to post-close activities. This role involves facilitating alignment with internal departments, conducting site visits and virtual meetings to assess needs, and educating practice teams on new systems and resources. Responsibilities include monitoring integration progress, reporting on key metrics, identifying and resolving challenges, and designing and delivering leadership and management training programs. The specialist will also facilitate onboarding and development plans for managers, create training resources for practice management and leadership, and support change management efforts to ensure cultural alignment.
