Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 10 years of related work experience. Required skills include strategy development and execution, business intelligence, problem-solving, decision-making, collaboration, teamwork, and a growth mindset. Preferred qualifications include healthcare/pharmacy industry experience, knowledge of pharmaceutical products, contract administration, financial and data analysis, data-mining, cash reconciliation, complex process management, and negotiation of settlements. An MBA is also preferred.

Responsibilities

The Lead Director, Finance Operations will lead a team responsible for the timely and comprehensive collection of funds from pharmaceutical manufacturers, minimizing collection costs. This role involves overseeing end-to-end AR management operations, establishing and tracking KPIs, developing strategies to optimize performance, and fostering an engaging culture that drives continuous improvement. The position requires monitoring industry trends and regulations, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize collections, and hiring, developing, and training team members to ensure compliance and high performance.
