Candidates should possess 7+ years of experience in analytics, data operations, or optimization within a high-scale programmatic environment such as an SSP, DSP, or ad exchange, along with expert-level SQL skills, particularly in BigQuery or a similar large-scale data platform. A strong background in data analysis, statistics, or experimentation, including the ability to interpret noisy signals and guide decision-making with evidence, is required.
The Exchange Optimization Lead Analyst will analyze large-scale exchange data to identify actionable insights and optimization opportunities, design and execute experiments to test hypotheses around traffic shaping and monetization levers, develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key exchange metrics, partner with product, engineering, and data science teams to refine exchange logic, and serve as an internal subject matter expert on bid request data quality and exchange performance. They will also translate complex data findings into strategic recommendations and collaborate across demand and supply teams to identify and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
