As Head of Operations, the individual will oversee core operational systems across Recruiting, Support, Finance, Legal, HR, and Compliance, leading a high-trust team and building scalable processes for planning, budgeting, contracting, and compensation. They will manage vendor relationships, drive company-wide planning processes, and support strategic projects and funding milestones. Additionally, the role involves overseeing external Government Relations efforts, including lobbying efforts, and operating as a trusted partner to the cofounders and other department heads.
