Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in a preceptor, team lead, or supervisory role. Responsibilities

The Healthcare Operations Supervisor is responsible for promoting quality customer care and providing ongoing support to direct reports. This includes direct staff supervision, offering guidance, training, and support, and acting as a subject matter expert for the virtual care team. The supervisor will collaborate with direct reports and internal stakeholders to ensure quality care delivery and an optimal patient experience. Key duties include monitoring and supervising the workflow of the virtual care team, providing leadership and coaching to maintain an engaged workforce, optimizing staffing and performance, fostering a team environment, assisting with interviewing and onboarding new hires, and contributing to departmental projects.
