Requirements

The ideal candidate has experience in telehealth and fertility care RCM, thrives in ambiguity, and is energized by building from the ground up. They should have experience leading and developing a team and possess strong analytical skills to review, analyze, and interpret financial data. A forward-looking lens for system design and policy is also required.

Responsibilities

The Manager, Revenue Cycle Management will lead Maven Clinic's RCM function, overseeing end-to-end revenue processes including billing, eligibility, and vendor management. Responsibilities include driving revenue integrity, optimizing workflows, implementing automation to reduce denials and maximize revenue capture, and partnering with cross-functional teams to align RCM strategy with business goals. This role involves owning the financial health of the revenue cycle, identifying trends, improving payer relationships, and building scalable, high-performing operations. Specific duties include building and executing an RCM strategy, leading and mentoring a team, assessing risks and gaps, defining and tracking KPIs, communicating RCM health to leadership, and staying ahead of industry shifts and policy changes.
