Requirements

Responsibilities

The VP, IME Operations will provide strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight of all IME operations, including referral and board management, provider relations, scheduling, quality assurance, and reporting. They will implement KPIs, develop operational strategies to optimize workflows and improve service quality, oversee provider network utilization and scheduling, drive continuous improvement through data analysis, lead and mentor a cross-functional operations team, ensure compliance with regulations, collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, and participate in executive discussions. Additionally, the role involves managing a team, monitoring SLAs, and completing other duties as assigned.
