  • Drive product discovery and demos to convert opportunities into paying customers
  • Coordinate hand-off to client teams after new customer sign-ups (and potentially onboard initial customers)
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with Product, Marketing, and Operations to refine the go-to-market strategy
  • Contribute to the development of the Italian playbook (messaging, objections, personas, pricing, etc.)
