Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
- Legal authorization to work in Canada (no sponsorship provided)
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to travel 50% regionally, including day and overnight travel to mining sites
- Preferred

- Typically 8+ years' experience in industrial solutions sales
- Experience selling complex solutions to customers in heavy industries - Oil & Gas and Chemicals

Responsibilities
- Generate sales opportunities and close deals within assigned regional accounts
- Consult with customers using high degree of industry expertise and access to domain/technical knowledge for operational problem solving and solutions
- Act as SME in solutioning within Rockwell's industry-driven product portfolio, linking services and technology to customer business outcomes
- Communicate activities and account status with internal/external stakeholders, documenting in CRM
- Pull together solution components and experts to qualify and develop designs; run discovery and design from idea to implementation through close in assigned accounts and limited distribution partnerships
- Follow Rockwell's outcome-based sales process to ensure projects are scoped and delivered per customer expectations
- Lead sales pursuit teams (pricing resources, domain experts, supply chain, distributor partners, etc.) to ensure all pricing components are included and service level is high and accurate
- Work independently or with other resources to obtain additional expertise
- Stay accountable for self-development and remain current with new and developing industry trends
