Engineer II, Field Service

Candidates should possess a technical degree or program and a minimum of 4 years of experience as a mechanical technician working with aircraft engines, aero-derivative engines, or other gas turbine technology, demonstrating a good working knowledge of the installation and maintenance of rotating equipment, including bolting, hydraulic bolting, flange management, and small bore piping. Experience in an energy or oil and gas environment is preferred.
As an Aeroderivative turbine Mechanical Field Service Engineer, you will provide technical direction for site activities, perform mechanical and hydraulic maintenance, repair, or replacement of parts, troubleshoot complex mechanical and hydraulic problems, oversee overhaul and commissioning of Aeroderivative products at customer sites, lead customer and contractor meetings, ensure internal training and compliance, and maintain adherence to company environmental health and safety guidelines. You will also be responsible for coordinating with skilled labor and sub-contractors, executing hands-on job duties, and communicating complex technical information to customers and teams.
