Responsibilities

  • Sole owner of revenue, retention, and expansion targets for a strategic account portfolio, securing 100% retention and driving year-over-year expansion
  • Establish and maintain multi-threaded C-suite relationships (e.g., CEO, COO, CIO) for sustained advocacy and alignment on multi-year strategic goals
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for all external customer interactions and internal priorities
  • Lead continuous executive-level discovery sessions to understand customer priorities, pain points, and ideal state, translating Afresh's value in customer-specific financial terms
  • Act as a trusted advisor on leveraging Afresh's AI for profitability and efficiencies in fresh supply chains
  • Design and lead data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) focusing on ROI, operational metrics, and strategic planning
  • Orchestrate coordination between customer leadership and Afresh executives (CEO, President, Chief Revenue Officer) for stakeholder mapping and relationship building
  • Partner with Product organization to align development roadmap with customer needs and influence technology direction
  • Collaborate with Operations team to monitor system performance, optimize opportunities, and prioritize efforts aligned to customer strategic needs
  • Mentor and coach the broader Account Management team
