  • Secure 100% retention on an existing super-enterprise account
  • Drive year-over-year expansion through new sales opportunities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with executive sponsors
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for all external interactions
  • Lead executive-level discovery sessions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Design and lead data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Act as the primary orchestrator between the customer's leadership and Afresh’s executive team
  • Partner with the Product organization to ensure product roadmap alignment
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to monitor system performance
  • Act as a mentor and thought partner to the broader Account Management team
