Requirements

Candidates should possess over 5 years of B2B marketing experience, including demand generation and performance marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role involving direct management responsibilities. Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment, ideally from Series A to C, is required, along with demonstrated success as both an individual contributor and people manager. A strong command of marketing technology stacks and analytics tools is necessary, and the candidate must be based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.

Responsibilities

The Head of Marketing will own the end-to-end B2B marketing function, including demand generation, email marketing, performance marketing, product marketing, social media, and lifecycle marketing. They will build and execute a data-driven marketing strategy to drive demand, grow revenue, and improve funnel efficiency across all channels. This role involves managing and optimizing paid acquisition, establishing scalable processes for campaign tracking and attribution, and collaborating closely with product, sales, and operations teams. Additionally, the Head of Marketing will build and lead a high-performing marketing team, mentor talent, and report on marketing performance to the executive team.
