Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in cloud, developer tools, infrastructure, or other B2B SaaS/infra technology. A strong, collaborative people management background with at least 3 years of leadership experience is required. The ideal candidate will be an organized builder experienced in establishing team infrastructure and processes, a trusted leader with an executive mindset and proven ability to mentor, hire, and develop employees, and an excellent presenter with strong interpersonal communication skills and high emotional intelligence. Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and a desire to join an early-stage startup with a bias for action are also essential. Bonus points for expertise in monitoring and observability or experience building and deploying to cloud infrastructure.
The VP of Marketing will lead the marketing organization, driving a highly differentiated go-to-market strategy to strengthen customer engagement and generate qualified pipelines for commercial and enterprise segments. This role involves driving efficient top-of-funnel acquisition of qualified new leads, increasing traffic to web properties, and managing and developing growth, content marketing, and product marketing management team members. Responsibilities include recruiting across various marketing functions, defining processes and workflows for the marketing teams, empowering the team by articulating goals and providing resources, and setting the prioritization framework, KPIs, and mindset for the Product Marketing function through coaching and mentorship.
