This role involves partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering to shape the product roadmap based on customer and market insights. Responsibilities include owning Sweed's positioning and narrative, leading go-to-market strategies for product launches, and ensuring new features have clear value propositions. The VP will also build and deliver sales and customer success enablement tools, drive adoption and retention through lifecycle marketing, conduct competitive analysis, and represent Sweed in the market through thought leadership and events. Additionally, the role includes mentoring and growing the marketing team to function as a high-performing go-to-market engine.
