The Sales Manager will lead, mentor, and coach a team of Account Executives, drive new business growth through prospecting and consultative selling, and build/refine repeatable sales playbooks. Responsibilities include providing accurate forecasting and pipeline management, partnering with early customers to influence the product roadmap, evolving the sales approach, scaling the team through recruiting and training, fostering an inclusive sales culture, and maintaining a strong understanding of industry trends and competitors.
