The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of marketing experience at a B2B startup, be obsessed with experimentation, testing, and iteration, and possess strong communication and writing skills. This role involves being a thought partner on GTM strategy, refining the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and iterating on marketing strategies and channels. Responsibilities include testing paid marketing campaigns, driving content marketing, organizing events, strategizing on sales velocity, evaluating and optimizing GTM tools, building prospect lists, running outbound tests, creating sales collateral, and researching GTM best practices. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure GTM and client success alignment is also key.
