We’re hiring a Head of Growth to lead and scale Paddle’s product-led growth (PLG) engine, owning the full journey from customer acquisition to activation, and expansion. You’ll be responsible for building growth loops, accelerating activation, and driving revenue from our self-serve motion.
This role leads a cross-functional team that combines product, design, data, and engineering. You’ll implement AI-powered experimentation, predictive models, and smart triggers to optimise onboarding, conversion, and expansion. It’s about moving fast, scaling what works, and making every product interaction a revenue opportunity.
You’ll collaborate closely with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Web, Product and RevOps to ensure Paddle’s PLG motion works seamlessly alongside our commercial sales-led engine.
