Requirements

Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in growth, product, or marketing roles within B2B SaaS, with significant ownership of PLG or freemium funnels. Deep experience in growth loop design, full-funnel optimization, and product monetization is required. A strong background in experimentation, fluency in data tools and metrics, experience building analytics capabilities, and proven ability to lead cross-functional squads are essential. Hands-on exposure to leveraging AI/ML for growth acceleration is also desired.

Responsibilities

The Head of Growth will lead and scale Paddle’s product-led growth (PLG) engine, owning the customer journey from acquisition to activation and expansion. This role involves building growth loops, accelerating activation, and driving revenue from the self-serve motion. Responsibilities include defining the PLG growth strategy and roadmap, leveraging AI for smarter experiments and personalization, improving onboarding and activation, optimizing packaging and expansion flows, and building a high-velocity test-and-learn engine. The Head of Growth will own KPIs such as sign-ups, activation rate, PQLs, self-serve conversion, and NRR for PLG customers, while collaborating across Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Data teams.
