Candidates should possess 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years of leadership and growth experience within high-performing product teams, and a proven track record of driving significant revenue impact through consumer monetization products, particularly in subscriptions, pricing, and paywall design. They should also have experience in world-class consumer technology environments, demonstrating a strong bias for product quality, innovation, and user-centricity, along with strategic thinking and problem-solving excellence, and a hands-on, execution-oriented approach that balances high-level strategy with a willingness to engage in detailed work.
As the Revenue Product Lead, the individual will set and own the vision for sustainable growth of ClassDojo’s consumer business, leading the charge on monetization strategy across the product ecosystem to create meaningful revenue and deepen value for families globally. They will guide the product roadmap, develop new business models, analyze experiments, and scale successful initiatives, partnering closely with co-founders, executives, and cross-functional teams to align on goals and deliver results. This role involves a founder’s mindset, emphasizing scrappiness and comfort with ambiguity while driving clarity and inspiring high standards for product quality and business outcomes.
