What You’ll Do

As the Product Leader for Revenue & Monetization, you will define and be responsible for the vision of sustainable growth for ClassDojo's consumer business. You will spearhead the monetization strategy across the product ecosystem, creating experiences that generate significant revenue while enhancing value for millions of families worldwide. This role offers high impact and autonomy, requiring you to operate at both strategic and tactical levels. Your responsibilities will include guiding the product roadmap, developing new business models, analyzing experiments, and scaling successful initiatives. You will collaborate closely with co-founders, executives, and cross-functional leaders in engineering, design, data, and marketing to align on ambitious goals and achieve rapid progress. You are expected to be a hands-on builder and a thoughtful leader, fostering clarity in ambiguous situations, upholding high standards, and elevating both product quality and business outcomes. Above all, you will bring a founder's mentality to the growth of one of the most beloved consumer education products globally.

Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years of product management experience.
  • Leadership: 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing product teams.
  • Monetization: Demonstrated success in driving substantial revenue through consumer monetization products, including subscriptions, pricing strategies, and paywall design.
  • Industry: Experience within world-class consumer technology environments.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, user-centric approach, execution-orientation, hands-on capabilities, and a founder's mindset.
