The Senior Growth Engineer will develop and execute engineering strategies focused on rapid experimentation and data-driven decision-making, collaborating with Product, Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering teams to optimize key growth metrics. They will architect and build scalable systems supporting growth initiatives, implement A/B testing frameworks and data instrumentation, leverage automation and machine learning to optimize user engagement and personalize experiences, and ensure technical excellence through performance optimization, security, and scalability.
