Requirements

Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in Product Management, with a significant portion focused on Enterprise or core product teams at a product-led growth and/or developer tools company. They must possess experience and confidence in navigating the ambiguous, 0-to-1 phase of new product areas, have a proven track record of managing products, and demonstrate a love for high-quality user experiences and strong intuition for developer tools.

Responsibilities

The Head of Product Expansion will drive the development of zero-to-one products for mid-market and enterprise development teams, coordinating cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership. They will build strong relationships with large customers to gather insights, champion and refine Render's business strategy for enterprises, and foster a high-performing team culture. Responsibilities include designing and building developer pipeline tooling, identifying strategic partnerships, prioritizing and delivering observability, management, and security features, building new services or functionality for mid-market and enterprise needs, and collaborating with Sales and Marketing to understand customer needs.
