A strong understanding of population health, value-based care, and healthcare data is required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong desire to learn and grow.
The VP/Director of Growth will prospect, engage, and contract with health plans and life sciences companies to address their dementia care needs. Responsibilities include developing proposals, pitch decks, and outreach campaigns, effectively communicating the value proposition of Remo's services, and building relationships with industry decision-makers. The role also involves collaborating with the data team to leverage data for growth strategy, staying informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape, and working closely with Product and Clinical teams to understand the solution's impact.
