Candidates should have 7+ years of experience in developer marketing, growth marketing, or product-led growth roles, with a proven track record of driving bottom-up growth in B2B or API-first companies. Strong empathy for developers, familiarity with developer tools, and a deep understanding of growth loops, experimentation, and CRO are essential. Experience in high-growth environments and a creative, risk-taking mindset are also required. Preferred experience includes marketing to technical personas or API products, leading small teams, and familiarity with voice AI or LLM-based tooling.
The Head of Developer & PLG Marketing will build and execute programs to reach, inspire, and enable developers globally, leading strategy for organic discovery including SEO, content, influencers, partnerships, and affiliates. They will drive web conversion rate optimization and funnel performance across the company's site and documentation, and partner with Product, Sales, and Support to understand the developer journey. This role also involves activating developer advocates and community members, owning top-of-funnel signup growth across paid and organic sources, and developing growth experiments to drive conversion, activation, and expansion. Collaboration with Product, Design, and Digital teams to optimize PLG levers and ensure smooth user transitions from signup to sales engagement are key responsibilities, leveraging data and experimentation to unlock new revenue paths and drive distribution through owned and earned channels.
