Atticus is seeking a Growth Lead to expand our client base and drive acquisition efforts. As a rapidly scaling tech company, this role combines traditional marketing and acquisition strategies with responsibilities unique to a quickly growing startup. The goal is to establish Atticus as a leader in connecting people in crisis with life-changing aid.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising.
  • Experience with paid search strategies.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven skills.
  • Ability to conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Understanding of audience targeting.
  • Experience working with product and engineering teams.
  • Experience with contractors or agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop comprehensive paid search strategies for growing client acquisition.
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize new marketing campaigns on paid search channels.
  • Drive new channel expansion.
  • Drive data-driven innovation through constant performance measurement tests.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting.
  • Work with Product and Engineering teams to tailor the client product experience.
  • Partner with the content team to drive paid search ad development.
  • Leverage contractors or agencies as needed.
