The Lead Product Manager, Growth will own and drive initiatives to improve customer activation, retention, and expansion. Responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities, designing and analyzing A/B tests, developing the product roadmap for growth initiatives, and monitoring key metrics like user engagement and churn. They will use data to inform product decisions, understand customer needs through research, and collaborate with customer success, marketing, and sales teams to align product initiatives and optimize product-market fit.
