Candidates must possess at least 3 years of product management experience, with a minimum of 2 years specifically within Growth pods or equivalent. A strong understanding of PLG and PLS motions, proficiency in SQL and analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Segment, and experience designing and analyzing A/B tests with statistical significance are essential. A customer-obsessed and growth-oriented mindset, coupled with the ability to prioritize customer problems with sound reasoning, is required. Experience with SMBs/Prosumers/Verticals and a proven track record of driving measurable growth are considered bonuses. The ideal candidate is willing to dive deep into AI evaluations and incorporate AI into application workflows.
The Senior Growth Product Manager will own Roofr's Activation and Adoption roadmap and execution, identifying opportunities and prioritizing high-value initiatives to improve product discoverability and user activation. Responsibilities include understanding customers through continuous discovery and quantitative analysis, reducing friction, and highlighting product value to create delightful experiences that encourage organic expansion. The role involves translating data insights and user research into product hypotheses, designing and running A/B tests, and being accountable for the Growth pod's outputs. Collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and core EPDD teams to evangelize product adoption goals is key, as is focusing on critical growth KPIs and building/implementing AI evaluations for feature enhancement.
