Candidates should possess 10+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client services, ideally within healthcare, staffing, workforce management, or a marketplace environment. They should also have 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing account teams, demonstrating a strong track record of driving revenue expansion, customer retention, and operational excellence. Proficiency with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, is preferred.
As the Head of Account Management, you will drive revenue growth within existing accounts by leading expansion efforts, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will establish scalable frameworks to maximize lifetime value, expand product adoption through strategic partnerships, and implement retention and renewal strategies to improve contract retention rates. Furthermore, you will serve as a strategic advisor to key facility partners, manage and mentor a high-performing team of Account Managers, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless post-sale experience.
