Requirements

Candidates must possess a clinical background, holding an MD, DO, PA, NP, or RN degree with direct experience in documentation workflows, preferably with Epic. A minimum of 10 years of professional experience is required, including at least 3 years in people leadership, ideally managing clinicians or clinical success/adoption teams within a high-growth or health tech environment. A deep understanding of clinical documentation workflows, provider needs, and the cultural nuances of provider adoption is essential, along with proven experience managing enterprise change management efforts across diverse care teams and specialties. The ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams with empathy and clarity is also crucial.

Responsibilities

The Director of Clinical Success will lead, mentor, and scale a team of Clinical Success Directors and Nursing Clinical Success Directors focused on clinician enablement, change management, and adoption. Responsibilities include building a collaborative, mission-driven, and performance-oriented team culture, defining and tracking team goals, success metrics, and KPIs. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders across various departments to ensure a seamless partner experience. Key duties include overseeing the design and delivery of scalable training programs, partnering with health systems to establish clinical champions and change management plans, and ensuring proactive outreach and ongoing support for users. Additionally, the Director will serve as a strategic clinical voice to influence product direction, create frameworks for translating feedback into actionable product insights, and partner with Product Marketing to develop compelling collateral.
