About the Position:

As a Revenue Expansion Executive, you will be a key strategic contributor, gaining invaluable experience and showcasing your acquired knowledge. You will take ownership of existing clients, transforming them into sources of additional revenue by identifying and closing cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on new product features.

This role requires constant collaboration with peers and your manager to become proficient in identifying target clients and demonstrating a strong understanding of the restaurant technology space. Your goal will be to help restaurateurs improve their businesses using the ChowNow platform. Success in this position hinges on a combination of grit, curiosity, and a drive to assist small business owners with their daily challenges.

What Success Looks Like:

Within 30 Days You'll:

  • Progress through ChowNow's New Hire Onboarding Experience (Ramp Camp).
  • Thoroughly understand our customers, their needs, and how our product adds differentiated value.
  • Develop a clear plan for nurturing existing partners.
  • Confidently run in-product web demos for various audiences.
  • Own and manage relationships, including nurturing leads and building a referral network.

Within 60 Days You'll:

  • Drive your own deals through a full-cycle inside sales funnel, from qualifying to close.
  • Prioritize strategic opportunities.
